Find your workspace and projects

Switch workspaces, locate saved work and understand unavailable controls.

Confirm the workspace#

Use the account menu to see your current workspace and the available workspace choices. Switching workspaces changes the projects and permissions you are working with.

If a project appears missing, first confirm that you are signed in to the intended account and workspace. A different workspace may have a similar name but a different project library.

Find and organize projects#

  1. Open Projects.
  2. Search by project name.
  3. Check the status and type filters; clear them if the expected item is hidden.
  4. Use the sort control and List view or Grid view to browse.
  5. For archived work, select the archived status view and use the project’s Restore action when available.

Understand unavailable actions#

Some actions require an editor or owner. Others depend on service availability, a compatible saved object or completion of another edit. Read the inline message or disabled-control explanation before changing anything.

Signing in does not grant access to every workspace. If you were invited, accept the invitation with the invited account. Ask your workspace owner when membership or the required role is missing.

Use in-app learning#

Open Author help to view Learn CLM Studio. The help includes task guides and, where available, a separate demo workspace. Confirm that workspace in the account menu before practicing.

For an access problem, use the diagnostic controls in help and include the IDs with a concise description of what you tried.
