Choose a starting point
Understand AI, Blank, Template and Markdown import.
Choose the right start#
| Starting point | Use it for |
|---|---|
| AI | A presentation described in a brief, with optional reference materials. |
| Blank | A clean presentation you build directly. |
| Template | Editable slide structure that you adapt. |
| Import | A Markdown file converted into editable text slides. |
CLM is the presentation workflow. X-Page authoring has its own target requirements; Template and Markdown import are offered for CLM. The Website choice currently displays a coming-soon message.
Name the project and set its context#
- Open Create.
- Select your Starting point.
- Open Project details. Set Project name, Brand and Market or region as appropriate.
- For CLM, add Audience, Language, Duration and Desired channel when these will help shape the work.
- Choose the creation button for your starting point. For AI, the button reflects availability: Generate or Save draft.
Brand and market become required when the selected source workflow needs that context. Follow the field guidance shown in the app.
Import Markdown slides#
Select Import, then Import Markdown slides (.md). Use a # heading for each slide and put its body text underneath. Review the selected filename before choosing Create imported presentation.
The result is editable text content. This route does not preserve PowerPoint slide layouts. Uploading a PowerPoint file as reference material is a separate task.
Find the project again#
Open Projects and search by name. The library supports status and type filters, sorting, and list or grid views. If an expected project is missing, check the selected workspace and filters first.
Archived projects are available through the archived status view. Restoring an archived project brings it back to the active library.
