Set presentation context

Keep brand, market, audience and language consistent across the project.

What context does#

Presentation context stores the brand and market for a CLM project, together with useful authoring preferences such as audience, language, duration and desired channel. It helps subsequent source and generation requests work against the intended presentation.

Context describes the work. It is not a marketing approval or a guarantee that retrieved content is appropriate for the selected market.

Set or update context#

  1. Open the project and then Project settings.
  2. Open Presentation context.
  3. Enter Brand and Market, then complete any relevant preference fields.
  4. Choose Save context.
  5. Wait for Presentation context saved. before continuing a request that depends on it.

You can also provide context under Project details during creation.

Review source consequences#

Changing brand or market may invalidate sources restricted to the previous context. Read the source-reset notice before saving. After the change, review the source scope and select the material you intend to use for the new presentation.

Do not assume a source selected for one market has become valid for another because its text is still familiar.

Continue a retained draft#

If a message was stopped because context was missing, save the context first. Use Continue draft when offered, review the retained message and send it explicitly. Continuing the draft does not send it automatically.
