Find your way around the Studio toolbar
A guide to every named tool in your project, from Providers to Personalization setup.

Know which project you are working on#
The project header brings authoring, media, presentation setup and review into one place. Revision N identifies the saved version of the presentation; it is not the slide number. Check the project and revision before comparing a preview, variant or takeaway.
The account menu identifies your workspace. Context not configured describes the workspace’s environment classification, separate from the presentation’s brand and market. See Project settings for both kinds of context.
Builder, Edit and Preview#
| Control | Use it for |
|---|---|
| Builder | Describe a change, inspect a proposal and review its result. |
| Edit | Work directly with supported slide text, images, layout and objects. |
| Preview | Open and test the interactive presentation. Check which saved revision it represents. |
| Sample preview | Try fictional profiles and fallback cases for personalized content. |
Builder proposals and design variants remain separate from your accepted presentation until you explicitly accept their changes.
Choose the tool for the task#
| Toolbar name | What it does |
|---|---|
| Providers | Inspect configured AI providers, capabilities and routing for new requests. |
| Usage | Review recorded activity, usage and cost information. |
| Access | Review workspace membership, roles, access scope and expiry. |
| Media | Work with video, narration, music, sound effects and supported mixing. |
| Paths | Arrange discussion routes, starting rules, choices and rehearsal. |
| Components | Find, test and publish supported reusable calculator components. |
| Takeaway | Shape a selected-topic takeaway, inspect its PDF workflow and review an email draft. |
| Design variants | Explore alternatives, compare facets and explicitly accept a preferred treatment. |
| Project settings | Find presentation context and the other available project options. |
Personalization setup and sample testing#
Personalization setup declares the named fields, permitted specialty values and fictional preview cases used by the presentation. Use Sample preview to check a typical profile, a long name, missing information and no selected doctor.
Inspect both the personalized text and the starting discussion path. A fictional sample tests authored behavior; a live client connection has its own permissions and target validation.
Find saved work and help#
Use Undo / history to inspect or compare saved revisions and restore a prior state. The project library and account menu help you return to work in the right workspace.
The help control opens Author help. If something is unclear, use Get help with this context to collect the reference details described in Troubleshooting and support.
